The NSG acquisition management team is a one-stop shop for federal agencies, the private sector, and non-profit organizations in need of support of every aspect of the acquisition process. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Providing acquisition strategy and planning
- Developing complete acquisition documentation which involves transforming your requirements into a comprehensive Request for Proposal and a Screening Information Request. Note that your documentation depends on the type of contracting (a performance based contract, statements of objectives, or standard contract) determined during the acquisition planning stage.
- Providing pre-contract support, including:
- Market research
- Sources sought
- Make/buy decisions
- Collecting, analyzing, and preparing responses to questions from industry
- Providing source selection process support by determining evaluation criteria, evaluating proposals, documenting the evaluation results
- Providing post-contract management and administration support on:
- Earned value management
- Performance metrics
- Contracting officer (including CDRL review and management, invoice review, and CLIN ordering and management)
- Task order development
- Providing contract close-out support
