North Star Group, LLC, a leading provider of Program Management, Systems Engineering, Acquisition Services, and Communications and Outreach Support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), announced today that it has been selected as part of the Veracity Engineering team for the FAA’s Enterprise Communications Support Services (ECSS) Small Business Set-Aside contract. North Star Group will help facilitate the implementation and execution of NextGen-enabling communications infrastructure programs such as System Wide Information Management (SWIM), Data Communications (Data Comm), and the NAS Voice System (NVS).
The objective of the ECSS contract is to obtain a broad range of support services within the fields of Program Management, Acquisition Services, System Engineering, Operations Management Support, and Business and Financial Management. The services to be performed on ECSS include knowledge transfer of the latest technologies, methods, approaches, and products that can lead to new, innovative solutions and best practices within the organization.
North Star Group is one of a small number of subcontractors on the winning Veracity team with decades of experience supporting the Air Traffic Control Communications Services Group.
